The remaining part of the base was “smooth and polished”, in contrast to the apical surface, which was “finely irregularly granulated by deeply undulating impressed lines”, and had a colour pattern of irregular “dark reddish brown and pale brownish-yellow” radial streaks. There are no published illustrations of the
