Maxilary palp formula I.(III, IV)-II-V, segment V as long as sum of segments I–IV. Head dorsum brown with brown setal warts. Swollen setal wart absent on proepisternum. Pretarsal claws asymmetrical, laterally flanked by setal bundle. Protibiae with 2 apical spurs, posteroapical spur small.</paragraph>

Crossvein r located apically of crossvein s by distance equal to length of crossvein. Fork 1 present. Wing membrane pale brown, with darker areas on apical area. Forewing length 9.2 mm.</paragraph>

Spine row on posterior margins of segment IX complete, not intermittent; spines heterogenous; spines on laterocaudal lobes of dorsum irregularly bending, half as long as spines on posterior margins, present on border between segments IX and X; spines on apical lobes stiff, straight, about one-third as long as spines on posterior margins. Intersegmental step between segments IX and X sloping, occupied by pair of setose protuberances similar to setose laterocaudal lobes. ). Unique, smooth, slightly sclerotized pair of tapering processes arising from middle of dorsum, variously developed in the
