. Merterns (1955) was the first to designate AMG 6064 (now PEM R5105) as the

and this was followed by Broadley &amp; Greer (1969). All specimens have a longitudinal incision on the belly. The
<typeStatus id="4A6E42B5FFCAFFA3BB2FFB0EFA67A2C5" box="[1333,1436,1157,1182]" pageId="27" pageNumber="28" type="lectotype">lectotype</typeStatus>
has a cross-incision in the anterior part of the body. The type description mentions that the other
<typeStatus id="4A6E42B5FFCAFFA3BACBFB22FA88A299" box="[1233,1395,1193,1218]" pageId="27" pageNumber="28" type="paralectotype">paralectotypes</typeStatus>
are in TMP and SAM.
