Transverse in dorsal view, 2.0× as wide as long, nearly as wide as mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus shiny with superficial punctures. Temple somewhat dull with subrugulose punctures, slightly constricted. Face nearly 0.8× as high as wide, slightly shiny, smooth with indefinite, small punctures, inner margin of eyes subparallel-sided, sparsely pubescent. Ocelli not large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus virtually transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus, POL: OD:OOL=4.0:2.0:3.5. Antenna slightly shorter than body length, loosely articulated, penultimate flagellomere 1.3× longer than wide.

Length:width:height = 37.0:25.5:25.0. Disc of mesonotum shiny with coarse, relatively shallow punctures, interspaces not larger than diameter of puncture, punctures confluent to striate at posterior end of notaulic courses, it becomes impunctate and polished on middle and posterior margins. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, narrow, and shallowly foveate. Scutellum flattened, highly shiny, polished entirely, and median length slightly longer than basal width. Lateral polished field of scutellum reaching just over half length of scutellum. Propodeum shiny with subdued, superficial punctures anterio-laterally, areolation strongly defined, V-shaped apically, costulae absent, spiracle enclosed by posterior keels, entirely (even inside areolation) shiny and smooth. Mesopleuron shiny, anterior parts slightly rough with shallow punctures.

Hind femur 3.1× longer than wide. Hind coxa shiny with extremely shallow small punctures above (basally). Spines on outer side of third tibia relatively dense. Inner spurs of hind tibia fully half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 1/3. Basitarsus of hind leg weakly longer than tarsomeres 24 combined (15.0:13.0), claws of normal size.

Pterostigma 2.9× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 1.2× longer than pterostigma, 2.8× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, perpendicular to the latter, indistinctly longer than width of pterostigma, r 1.6× longer than 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction, 2-M 3/5 length of 2-SR, weakly shorter than 1-SR, the latter as long as 2-SR+M, 2-SR as long as cu-a. First discal cell of fore wing slightly (1.1×) wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing 1.4× wider than high. Vein cu-a slightly curved. Hind wing broad, length of 1-M much shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest part straight and without setae.

Nearly 0.9× as long as mesosoma (32.0:37.0). T1 strongly constricted towards apex, 3.5× longer than hind width, concave at basal half, turned-over part highly shiny and polished entirely, longitudinal trough absent, and apical tubercle indistinct, shiny and smooth. T2 shiny and smooth, triangular, 3.0× wider than long in the middle, straight apically, sulcus between T2 and T3 indistinct. T3 1.4× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, smooth, and sparsely pubescent. Hypopygium much longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath very short, nearly 0.8× as long as length of hind basitarsus, narrow.

Black. Tegula brown. Palpi dirty yellow and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna yellowish brown and ovipositor sheath brown. Labrum and mandible reddish brown. Legs infuscate, except apex of fore femur, fore tibia with tarsus, apex of middle femur, middle tibia with tarsus, basal 3/5 of hind tibia and most part of hind tarsus yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, C+SC+R, 1-R1, border of pterostigma brown, pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M yellowish brown, and the rest more or less pale yellowish.
