. Head relatively large, elongate, sides gently arcuate, with maximum width in middle, distinctly longer than wide, index HL/HW 1.52, almost as wide as pronotum, sparsely pubescent. Frontal furrows moderatly impressed, relatively short, not exceeding anterior third of head length. Anterior and posterior pairs of supraorbital setae absent or indistinguishable from head pubescence; neck constriction weakly marked; genae gently convex.
