Apex of valva rounded, sub-apical area tapering to a sharp point, pointing vertically away from abdomen. When viewed laterally the apical spine is positioned almost horizontally with tip curving slightly ventrally. A large curving hook from distal sacculus points vertically down and is more curved than the sub-apical spine.
