Palp yellowish to brownish, other mouthparts and face yellow to yellowish, posterior parts of head brownish to brown. Antenna brownish, scape, pedicel and base of 1st flagellomere yellow. Length of 1st flagellomere about

Cu fork distal to M fork. M ratios: 0.861.13, 1.171.46. Cu ratios: 0.921.02, 1.271.76. Small setae: M petiole: 0; M1: 0; M2: 0; Cu petiole: 0; Cu1: 0; Cu2: 0. Halter yellowish, apically darker.

AF: yellowish. Tergal part with two pairs of combs. Outer tergal combs widely and deeply separated from each other, both with about 8 spines. Inner combs both with about 7 slightly flattened spines. Tergal lateral appendage long, about
