Poona (Wroughton); Mussoorie (Rothney); Himalaya (Smythies); Pachmarhi, Inde centrale (Schurr); Ceylan (Simon); Afrique orientale et meridionale. Cette espece varie surtout par sa pilosite qui est parfois plus raido, plus grossiere et plus blanchatre, parfois plus fine, plus pointue et plus jaunatre. Les dents du metanotum s' clargissent aussi parfois, de facon a comprendre les cotes entiers de l'organe, comme chez l'
