Examination of the Australian species revealed that there are two pairs of lateral projections of the endophallus. The internal pair is always more distinct in the specimens studied, usually also larger and darker than the external lateral projections. The latter are lightly pigmented and may be obscured by the internal pair or are indiscernible in all or some specimens. In
