Body length of female: 5.28-5.90 mm (n = 20). Body length of male: 5.10-5.83 mm (n = 20). Color of A1: yellow to orange. A6 in female: distinctly longer than wide. A5 in female: distinctly longer than wide. A6 in male: approximately 2.0

This species is similar to

, but it can be distinguished by the combination of the following characters: female A6 distinctly longer than wide, female A12 with one basiconic sensillum, median mesoscutal carina present anteriorly.

<paragraph pageId="4" pageNumber="5">The epithet is inspired by the Latin word for long, in reference to the elongate antenna in female, and is intended to be treated as an adjective.</paragraph>
