The description of this new species is based on females only. Pinned animals exhibit a remarkable white forewing pattern on dark brown, almost black background. The pattern is present in the denuded wing membrane, and is contrasted by white setae. The two patterns overlap not exactly; the pattern of denuded membrane is slightly smaller than the intact pattern being enlarged and even modified slightly by white setae. The exact species group position will be confirmed when it is associated with the male. However based on its size, as well as wing pattern, this species belongs to the

Head dorsum dark chestnut brown, densely covered with setae, with 7 dark chestnut brown setal warts. Swollen setal wart absent on proepisternum. Setal wart present on each precoxale. Pretarsal claws symmetrical, not laterally flanked by setal bundle. Claws on mid- and hind-legs symmetrical. Spur fomula 244. ) membrane dark brown, with 3 large white patches, 2 on costa, one centrally near posterior wing margin. Forewing crossveins m-cu and cu separate by distance equal to length of 2 crossveins. Sc and R separate at costa. Cu2 and A1 separate along their length. Hind wing Sc and R meeting apically of crossvein r at a distance equal to twice crossvein lengths. Crossvein r located basally of s at distance equal to length of crossvein. Fork 1 absent. Forewing length 6.8 mm.

). Anteroventral corner partly covered by sternum VIII. Abdomen tapering slightly more in lateral than in dorsal and ventral view, sagittally narrowing posteriorly. Tergum VIII nearly triangular with produced anterolateral lobes; less developed ventrocaudal lobes covered by 45 stiff setae. Wide, shallow sinuate mesal dorsocaudal incision visible in dorsal view.
