Shell height to

; elongate-conical, moderately solid. Protoconch of about 1 whorl; transition to teleoconch poorly defined. Teleoconch of up to 4.25 whorls, almost straight in outline; last whorl comprising about 65% of total shell height, somewhat more inflated than previous whorls. Suture impressed. Surface whitish, translucent in well preserved specimens; only sculptured with faint growth lines. Aperture ovate, interior white; columellar callus narrow, slightly reflected. Umbilicus very narrow or absent. Operculum ovate, paucispiral; yellowish, translucent.
