. The only species in the gibbera group with the following combination of characters: scutum with fine setae arising from raised tubercles, with 68 stout prealar setae and one postalar seta; legs with hind femur and tibia dark brown, fore femur, fore tibia and basal 4/5 of mid femur light brown, with subapical pale bands on fore femur, sub-basally on fore tibia, apically on fore tibia and mid femur, mid tibia pale, tarsi pale; two elongated, subequal-sized spermathecae with short necks. Male unknown.
