Basidiomata flabellate, fleshy to slightly leathery, grayish brown with olive-yellow tones towards the margin of the lobules, pileus fibrillose surface and hymenophore is irregular to papillate. Subglobose warty spores. It develops in subtropical oak forests in transition to semideciduous tropical forest.
