wide, acutely or obtusely umbonate when young, campanulate to hemispherical at maturity, pellucid-striate, sulcate inconspicuous, glabrous, orange-gold (8A6), orange-salmon (8B8), a bit of deeper in the margin. Context clear orange (8A4), thin and pliant. Lamellae ascending-adnate with a short tooth, narrow, orange-yellow (7B8) to light salmon orange (8B6) with a flame-scarlet (8A8) edge at least in the young period. Stipe 2158 ×

, equal, thick, orange-chrome to orange (8A6-8B8), covered with pruinose at the apex, and glabrous towards the base, strigose with orange fibrils at the base. Odor and taste not distinctive.

<paragraph id="8BFC3682FFEAFFCBFF3BD669FEFD2727" blockId="8.[136,1452,1118,1791]" pageId="8" pageNumber="274">Basidiospores (6.0)6.89.1(9.7) × 4.35.5 μm, Q=1.62.1, ellipsoid to narrowly ellipsoid, smooth, thin walled, with light yellowish (6A2) drops, amyloid. Basidia clavate, 2130 × 68 μm, 4spored, thin walled, containing transparent to light yellowish (6A2) drops. Cheilocystidia 2447 × 712 μm, abundant, clavate, obpyriform, scattered rod-like projections, with cadmium-yellow (5A6) contents. Pleurocystidia similar, 1739 × 610 μm, golden (5A5) colored. Hyphae of the pileipellis 27 μm across, densely covered with branched excrescences, 1.02.6 × 0.81.2 μm, filled in golden (5A5) tones. Hyphae of stipitipellis 36 μm wide, concentrated diverticulate, 0.96.2 × 0.52.7 μm, hyphal ends cylindric to clavate with bushy excrescences, stuffed mycelium with golden (5A5) contents. Clamps present in all tissues.</paragraph>
