). The larvae were found in small backwater areas with accumulations of litter. However, specimens also were always on the leaves in humid regions out of the water (

). Prior to pupation, larvae fasten their cases in rocky substrate or underneath leaves or twigs in hygropetric environments, each closing the case entrance with a leaf fragment.
