). Wingspan 11.513.0 mm. Head white to creamy white. Labial palpus white; segment I short, segment II approximately 3 times as long as I; segment III slightly longer than II, ventral margin often black, apex black tipped; male without hair pencil. Antenna with scape white; flagellum with dorsal surface white in basal 1/2 and yellowish white in distal 1/2, darker toward apex, ventral surface light brown to fuscous; male cilia longer than diameter. Thorax white, posterior 1/2 with two indistinct yellow streaks. Tegula white except anterior margin brown. Forewing ground color white to creamy white, basal 1/4 of costa broadly suffused with brownish scales, this dark shade rarely developed as a broad streak running along costa; apical spot elongate, sometimes indistinct, rarely suffused inwardly with grey scales, apex falcate; markings brown to dark brown, often mixed with yellowish scales: two narrow, outwardly oblique costal streaks from distal 1/5 and 1/4 of wing, respectively, outer streak sometimes darker, running almost parallel with inner streak, reaching apical spot distally; a narrow, rarely broad, transverse streak running from basal 1/3 of dorsum to 1/2 of costa, often broadened on costa and extended toward costal streak along subcosta; a large, yellow or yellowish brown patch on dorsum near tornus, usually irregularly shaped, sometimes indistinct, rarely reaching costal streak anteriorly; fringe on apical area white between costal streak and apical spot, brown between apical spot and extreme apex; fringe on termen white, sometimes with metallic grey scales distally; fringe on dorsum grey. Hindwing dark grey except apex usually dirty-white, fringe grey. Legs white; fore femur, tibia and tarsus black on outer surface; mid tibia tinged with black at base, with a black oblique streak on outer surface after middle, this streak sometimes reduced as a spot; hind tibia suffused with dark grey near apex; mid and hind tarsi with tarsomere I broadly black at middle, II and III black in basal half of outer surface.

). Uncus tongue-shaped. Gnathos hook long and simple. Tegumen approximately 2.5 times as long as uncus. Valva narrow, slightly curved outward, distal 1/3 slightly broadened and densely setose, round at apex. Anellus lobe digitate, 1/4 length of valva, with a hooked apical bristle. Juxta broadly convex, with long sparse setae. Vinculum with posterior margin broadly convex. Saccus subtriangular, slightly or not exceeding tegumen pedunculus, round at apex. Aedeagus with basal 1/3 globular, then gradually narrowing to apex; distal 2/3 slightly curved downward, dorsal margin shortly produced at distal 1/3.
