The species may easily be recognized by its extremely slender antennal flagellum (

). It is also distinct in having stout ovipositor (its height at midlength about 1.5× width of hind basitarsus) with extreme apex strongly upcurved (

Clypeus almost 5.0× as broad as long, convex in lateral view, impunctate, weakly shining, smooth in lower part and very shallowly granulate in upper part, separated from face by shallow and broad impression. Mandible slender, with upper tooth distinctly longer than lower tooth. Malar space slightly concave, about 1.2× as long as basal mandibular width. Antennal flagellum unusually slender, slightly clavate apically, with 14 flagellomeres (

); second and third flagellomeres almost 3.5×, subapical flagellomeres about 1.6× as long as broad. Eyes enlarged. Face and frons finely granulate, impunctate, weakly shining. Vertex almost smooth, impunctate, weakly shining. Temple smooth and shining, impunctate. Occipital carina complete laterally and absent mediodorsally.

Mesosoma mostly very shallowly granulate, dull, impunctate. Scutellum with lateral longitudinal carinae present in its extreme base. Notaulus with rather strong wrinkle (

). Foveate groove extending in anterior 0.7 of mesopleuron, strongly oblique anteriorly, deep and broad, with distinct transverse wrinkles (

Second tergite 2.2× as long as anteriorly broad. Thyridial depression 3.03.5× as long as broad. Ovipositor stout, cylindrical, with apex strongly upcurved, its height at midlength about 1.5× width of hind basitarsus; sheath about 1.5× as long as first tergite.</paragraph>

Tegula yellow to pale brown. Pterostigma brown. Legs yellow. Metasoma behind first tergite pale brown ventrally to dark brown dorsally.</paragraph>
