A small, oblong-ovate species with the integument finely punctate and dull in luster. Pronotum subquadrate, slightly wider than long, widest near the middle; anterior angles prominent; surface of disc sparsely, minutely punctulate. Prosternal process horizontal and acute apically. Base of abdomen about equal in width to base of thorax; elytral surface with small punctures arranged in series on disc, becoming confused laterally. Femora are clavate, feebly arcuate preapically in both genders; protarsal groove without pads of golden setae. Length:
