Elongate-oval and smooth. Pronotum with apical angles acute, prominent, and frequently everted. Elytra irregularly punctate-striate, intervals flat, usually coarsely, muricately punctate. Profemora dentate in males, usually sinuate but sometimes obtusely dentate in females. Length:

In

, this species is confined to the west (Brewster, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, and Terrell counties). It is also found in the four corners states.
