Body small and delicate. Head flattened dorsally, fastigium of vertex flattened, anterior margin almost truncate. Compound eyes hemispherical, protruding anterior-laterally. Apical segment of maxillary palpi much shorter than subapical one, distally strongly inflated, trumpet-shaped. Disc of pronotum almost flat, anterior margin of pronotum slightly concave, posterior margin angularly rounded. Lateral lobes of pronotum longer than high (length

, height 1.0 mm), humeral sinus almost absent. Thoracic foramen elliptical small, completely free. Tegmina long, distinctly surpassing apices of posterior femora. Hind wings slightly longer than tegmina. All femora unarmed. Anterior coxa with one blunt spine; tibial tympana open on both sides, with 3 internal and 2 external spines and a pair of distal spurs on ventral margins, internal basal spine rather small. Posterior tibiae with 23 to 27 spines and one pair of distal spurs on both dorsal margins, ventral margins with 7 external spines and 3 internal spines and one pair of distal spurs. Tenth abdominal tergite with concave posterior margin. Cerci symmetrical, spatulate, strongly curled, with some rather thin dense teeth on ventro-internal side, dorsal side bearing a small distal strumae. Subgenital plate comparatively small, styli rather short. Genitalia entirely membranous.
