<paragraph pageId="363" pageNumber="364">Body size: 1.5 mm. Color: body brown to light brown, propodeum, metasomal terga 1 and 2 often yellow; scape yellow without lateral brown stripe; flagellum brown; legs yellow. Head: vertex smooth; frons smooth; face smooth; temple in dorsal view broad, bulging behind eye, width greater than 1/2 eye width; malar space greater than 1/4 eye height; ocell-ocular distance greater than 2.5 times diameter of lateral ocellus; 12 flagellomeres. Mesosoma: mesoscutal lobes smooth; notauli present only anteriorly or absent completely, area where they would meet at apex of median mesoscutal lobe represented by short shallow groove; scutellum smooth; prescutellar furrow with 3 cross carinae; mesopleuron smooth; precoxal sulcus weakly scrobiculate or nearly smooth, shorter than mesopleuron; venter smooth; propodeum with basal median areas not distinctly margined, granulate, basal median carina absent, areola not margined, areolar area rugose, lateral areas entirely rugose. Wings: fore wing vein r shorter than vein 3RSa, vein 1cu-a beyond vein 1M; hind wing vein SC+R present, vein M+CU shorter than vein 1M. Metasoma: first tergum longitudinally costate, length greater than apical width; second tergum smooth; anterior transverse groove absent; posterior transverse groove absent; third tergum smooth; terga 4-7 smooth; ovipositor longer than metasoma.</paragraph>
