Integument dark-brown. Frons and vertex punctate; oval punctures and shallow longitudinal striae between antennal tubercles. Superior ocular lobes with five rows of ommatidia. Antennae pubescent, reaching ante-apical portion of elytra; antenomeres III and IV with short apical spines; antennomere V only projecting apically. Scape coarsely punctate.

Pronotum with five tubercles, central tubercle elongate; pronotum covered by silky, whitish pubescence, except on central tubercle; coarse, sparse punctures and setae between tubercles. Prosternum punctate with transverse striae on anterior third. Pro-, meso- and metasternum covered by silky pubescence interspersed with sparse punctures with short setae. Scutellum pubescent.</paragraph>
