Metapostnotum trapezoid, seems to be fused with first abdominal tergite.

Cell cu1 on hind wing relatively small, with coefficient length/height 2.1.

The specimen is well preserved in a large clear piece of amber. Some details of head, antennae and legs are difficult to observe, because the amber is very stout, not polished.
