Glucose, galactose, sucrose, maltose, cellobiose, trehalose, lactose, melibiose, raffinose, melezitose, inulin, D-xylose (delayed and weak), L-arabinose, L-rhamnose (delayed and weak), D-mannitol, Methylα- D-glucoside (weak), succinate (weak) and myo-inositol (weak) are assimilated as sole carbon sources. L-sorbose, soluble starch, D-arabinose, D-ribose, D-glucosamine, N-Acetyl-D-glucosamine, methanol, ethanol, glycerol, erythritol, ribitol, galactitol, D-glucitol, salicin, DL-lactate, citrate and hexadecane are not assimilated. Ammonium sulfate, potassium nitrate, L-lysine, ethylamine hydrochloride and cadaverine dihydrochloride are assimilated as sole nitrogen sources. Sodium nitrite is not assimilated.
