. Pronotal and elytral punctation of pronotum composed of very fine, nearly obsolete punctation and distinctly larger punctures bearing erect or recumbent long setae; larger setiferous punctures sparser on pronotal disc. Lateral margins of pronotum and elytra with row of punctures bearing long yellow seta, appearing as a yellow fringe. Systematic punctures of pronotum obscured by other setiferous punctures. Posterolateral corners of pronotum rounded. Band of irregular punctures bearing erect setae present along elytral suture; these punctures slightly smaller than other setiferous elytral punctures. Sutural punctation of elytra composed of irregular row of fine punctures bearing usually erect setae. First row of punctures on elytra composed of clusters of setiferous punctures anteriorly, bearing erect setae, forming a single row of setiferous punctures in posterior half. Second row of punctures composed of series of two aggregated setiferous punctures anteriorly. Prosternum carinate medially, without spines or long setae anteromedially.
