). Wingspan 11.5 mm. Head dark yellowish brown dorsally, with yellowish scales laterally. Ocellus present. Antenna with scape dark brown on dorsal surface, grayish white on ventral surface; flagellum alternately dark brown and yellowish brown on dorsal surface, yellow on ventral surface. Second segment of labial palpus dark brown on outer surface, pale gray on inner surface, grayish white-tipped triangular scale tuft dorsally; 3rd segment smoothly clothed, approximately equal to length of second segment, yellow except dark brown on ventral surafce. Thorax yellow, tegula dark brown in basal half, yellow in distal half; mesothorax without hair pencils arising from anepisternum in male. Fore- and midleg dark brown on outer surface except tarsomeres yellowish white apically, femora grayish white, tibiae and tarsi pale yellow on inner surface; hindleg pale yellow. Forewing slightly broadened distally; ground color pale yellow, sparesely scattered with fine brown scales; a small, dark-brown discal spot at 2/3 of cell; dark brown patch along termen from beyond apex before tornus; costa with blackish streak in basal 1/5 and ill-defined band along 4/5 of costal margin; apex acute; termen oblique; fringe concolorous with ground color. Hind wing broader than forewing, dark browinish gray.

). Uncus rather short, nearly quadrate, with rounded posterior margin; anterior margin deeply concaved in semicircular. Gnathos small, with median process as long as uncus. Valva about equal to the length of tegumen plus uncus, incised at distal 1/4 on dorsal margin, rounded at apex; valvella about 1/3 length of valva, inflated in distal half, setose apically. Setose patch short, irregular-shaped, inflated distally. Vinculum about 2/3 the length of tegumen plus uncus; lateral lobes long, about half the length of valva, arising from distal 3/4, rounded apically. Saccal region broad, nearly straight on anterior margin. Sica single, about 3/4 the length of vinculum, sparsely setose at apex. Aedeagus shuttle-shaped, rounded at base, broadest at zone, narrowed apically; dorsal margin sclerotized distally, produced; cornutus needle-shaped with round basal part, as long as 3/5 length of aedeagus.
