). Sexual dimorphism limited: female larger than male, its forewing somewhat broader and with more elongate apex. Antenna weakly ciliate in both sexes, ochreous proximally and blackish medially and distally. Head pale ochreous yellow. Thorax black with deep ochreous yellow tegula and patagia. Forewing elongate and narrow, with tapered apex and convex termen and anal margin. Forewing ground colour pale ochreous yellow with intense dark grey suffusion. Forewing pattern black, consisting of diffuse subbasal dash, large pentagonal medial patch touching the anal margin but not reaching the costal one, and small trapezoidal costal postmedial spot. Cilia ochreous yellow. Hindwing ground colour and cilia uniformly brownish-grey with ochreous irroration. Abdomen brownish-grey, with ochreous yellow hair-shaped scales distally.

). Uncus weakly sclerotised, dorso-ventrally flattened, relatively short, distally tapered and apically rounded, fused with dorsal wall of anal cone. Anal cone with very broad basal section occupying most of intrategumenal area. Tegumen with narrow and weakly sclerotised arms fused only apically (dorsally). Vinculum as long as tegumen but more heavily sclerotised, U-shaped. Valva lobular, gradually tapered distally, with apically rounded valvula. Tendon basally triangular, distally (entally) thin and ribbon-like, fused with its counterpart. Editum large, stretching distad along the costa and reaching the base of distal saccular process, bearing two ampullae. Proximal ampulla smoothly upcurved stake-shaped, apically pointed. Distal ampulla lobe-like flattened, with densely spinulose ventral margin. Sacculus moderately broad, its dorsal margin connected to juxta by membrane of annelifer while ental end firmly articulated with its counterpart. Distal saccular process thin but heavily sclerotised, upcurved, distally rugose and serrulate, and apically pointed. Juxta trapezoidal and weakly sclerotised, with trapezoidal caulis reaching the base of anellus. Phallus cylindrical, S-like curved, with short and rounded coecum. Proximal section of vesica tubular, somewhat tapered distally, bearing cluster of numerous denticles of various sizes dorsally and laterally. Medial section of vesica covered with spinulose scobination, with large clavate ventral diverticulum also densely covered with minute spinules and bearing cluster of four or five spikelike cornuti of various sizes. Vesica ejaculatorius originating distally.
