Legs with femora predominantly black, tibiae yellow. Midfemora with ventral ctenidia. Fore and midtibia with distinct posteroventral bristle. Abdomen black, brown pruinose. Subepandrial sclerite with distinct setae.</paragraph>

Description (male). Body length 3.1 mm; wings 3.7 mm. Antennae brown, flagellum acute. Frons velvety black with a median point shining black. Thorax dark brown to black, brown pruinose dorsally and gray pruinose laterally (mesopleuron and postnotum). Legs, coxae, trochanters and femora predominantly black, tibiae and basal tarsomeres yellow. Midfemora with short ventral ctenidia. Foretibia and midtibia with posteroventral bristle. Wings hyaline, except for brown pterostigma; third costal section slightly longer than fourth; crossvein rm located at basal one third of the cell dm; last section of vein M1 almost straight.
