<paragraph id="4F6F369A9A42222CFECECED0CFD1FDE2" blockId="7.[264,1324,399,1390]" pageId="7" pageNumber="8">Diagnosis. Antennae, postpronotal lobes, halter and legs yellow. Third costal section twice as long as fourth section, r­m placed near basal two fifths of the dm cell. Midfemora with short ventral ctenidia. Abdomen predominantly shining black. Syntergosternite 8 with large membranous area. Ejaculatory apodeme flattened.</paragraph>

Description (ɗ). Body length 2.8 mm; wings 3.5 mm. Antennae yellow, flagellum acute to long acute. Eyes contiguous on frons for a distance greater than length of frontal triangle. Frons gray pruinose in dorsal view. Thorax dark brown to black, brown pruinose dorsally and sparsely gray pruinose laterally (mesopleuron and postnotum). Katepisternum yellowish. Legs entirely yellow. Midfemora with short ventral ctenidia. Wings hyaline, except for brown pterostigma; third costal section twice as long as fourth; crossvein r­m located at basal two fifths of the cell dm; last section of vein M1 sinuous; dm­cu slightly sinuous. Halteres yellow, except knob brown dorsally. Abdomen (
