A yellowish species; with blackish-brown markings on lateral part of face, interocellar area and transverse band from eye to eye, part of head adjacent to occipital carina infuscate, flagellum entirely blackish, extreme anterior margin of mesopleuron, scutoscutellar groove and lower part of metanotum; small median longitudinal channel of propodeum and posterior margins of tergites 14. Metasomal tergites 5+ brownish, ovipositor sheath dark brown. Legs yellowish, with distal parts of tarsi infuscate. Wings hyaline with strong blackish band apically; pterostigma blackish.
