Peak, Benton Co[unty], Ore[gon]&quot; (original citation). Holotype (♀) in CAS [# 8158]. Etymology. The specific name was proposed for Vincent Daniel Roth [1924-1997] who run for a long period the South Western Research Station of the American Museum of Natural History in the Chiricahua Mountains, Arizona. Roth was interested in spiders.
