Body moderately robust; digits relatively short and slender, inflected; pupils elliptical, small; body smooth with very small, low tubercles from nap to base of tail; transversely enlarged, median subcaudal scales absent; tail prehensile, squarish in cross-section; fine, spiny fringe on tail; body brown to beige with darker irregular patches on nape and back; thin, short, pale postorbital stripe; limbs without bands; tail with dark bands anteriorly; iris silver. These characters are in agreement with
