Forewings 2.1 times longer than wide, length

. Colour stramineous to light brown. Forewings with a group of seven brown-black marks; area in front of these marks covered with white powder; rest of wing glassy, with faintly infuscated bands from clavus tip to first subcostal sector, along Ms2, Ms3, 2nd subcostal sector, middle of M, apical cross-veins, and just before apical margin; veins stramineous but last subcostal sector, anterior apical cross-veins, apical margin, and veins between forewing marks tinted with orange or light orange to orange-brown. Hindwings colourless. Facial carinae separated; subantennal processes and lateral carinae of pronotum well developed. Forewings with costal margin and apical part of Sc nearly straight; Sc+R fork slightly before middle of wing; Ms1 branched at end of basal quarter, apical part of Ms1b connected to Cu1 by a short cross-vein, a triangle at base of Ms1; Cu1 not quite reaching hind margin. Male genitalia with pygofer narrow. Genital styles broadening towards the end; proximal dorsal process triangular, distal dorsal process elongated. Aedeagus with a thick stem; apical portion ending in two lobes, the right one longer, the tip of the right lobe and the sides of the left lobe armed with spines.
