K) oval, convex dorsally, shiny, closely covered with silver setae. Coloration of body blackish brown; mouthparts, antennae and legs yellowish brown, but maxillary palpi, antennomeres VIXI and femora infuscate.

Head moderate in size, slightly convex dorsally, granulate, front margin of clypeus shallowly concave. Eyes moderate in size, prominent; the distance between eyes about 2.2 times as long as the maximum diameter of an eye. Antennae slender, reaching about proximal 1/3 of elytra. Pronotum slightly granulate, depressed in lateral parts; anterior margin straight; lateral and posterior margins gently arcuate; antero-lateral corners obtuse, slightly projecting antero-laterally; postero-lateral corners obtuse; PW/PL 2.232.50 (2.36). Scutellar shield small, finely punctate, equilaterally triangular. Elytra ovate, widest at the middle, strongly arcuate in lateral margins, densely punctate, strongly convex dorsally in caudal 2/5; humeral parts slightly projecting dorsally; apices right-angled; EL/EW 1.331.38 (1.35); EL/PL 4.915.33 (5.1); EW/PW 1.60; TL/EW 1.581.66 (1.62). Legs relatively long and slender. Sternite III sparsely covered with short setae. Caudal margin of sternite VII (
