This genus can be distinguished from other genera of the Goliathini by the following characters: Body length exceeds

. Dorsal surface metallic. Head without horn. Clypeus subrectangular with a depression on the anteromedian margin; clypeolateral ridge distinct, straight. Pronotum subtrapezoidal. Mesometasternal process glabrous, prominent, subtriangular with a rounded apex. Elytra with yellow spots and four costae; humeral umbone smooth; setae along the posthumeral emargination; apicosutural angle pointed. Pygidium with protrusions by depressions on the both lateral sides. Protibia with three teeth along outer margin; teeth larger in females, middle tooth and proximal tooth very small in males. Parameres expanded laterally at apex.
