Description (ɗ). Body length 3.5 mm; wings 3.3 mm. Eyes contiguous on the frons for about 10 facets; ocellar triangle as long as half of length of the contiguous area of eyes; postcranium black, silvery pruinose; frontal triangle silvery pruinose; antennae brown, anterior margin of flagellum pale yellow. Thorax: scutum and scutellum black, mesopleuron dark brown; postsutural region brown pruinose; presutural and postalar region, scutellum, subscutellum, laterotergite and notopleuron silvery­gray pruinose; mesopleuron sparsely silvery­gray pruinose; setae short, inconspicuous. Wing hyaline; third costal section as long as one third of the fourth; anal lobe widened. Legs dark brown except apex of femora, basal one fourth of the tibiae and ventral surface of the tarsi yellow; tibiae apex and dorsal surface of the tarsi pale brown, first and fifth tarsi slightly darkened; forefemur with an inconspicuous pair of sub­basal spines; hind trochanter (
