Third costal section slightly shorter than fourth. Legs yellow, except coxae and base of femora black. Syntergosternite 8 with large membranous area ventrally. Surstyli subsymmetrical.</paragraph>

Description (male). Body length 3.5 mm; wing 3.6 mm. Eyes contiguous on frons for a distance greater than length of frontal triangle. Frontal triangle and face gray pruinose. Antennae with scape and pedicel brown, flagellum yellow, acute. Thorax dark brown to black with scutum, scutellum, postpronotal lobe and notopleuron brown pruinose. Mesopleuron, subscutellum and laterotergite gray pruinose. Legs yellow, except coxae black and anterior face of fore and midfemora and posterior face of hind femur mainly brown basally. Distal tarsomeres brown. All femora with ventral ctenidia. Tibia without developed bristles, either distally or medially. Wing with third costal section slightly shorter than fourth; pterostigma incomplete; vein rm placed near basal third of cell dm; vein M1 slightly sinuous; vein dmcu straight, about as long as vein CuA1.
