Male crown and face stramineous. Head with pair of black spots on either side of midline near eyes at crown/face transition, anteclypeus concolorous with rest of face. Pronotum, mesoscutum and scutellum brown. Mesoscutum with round black marking medially. Forewing greenish yellow, clavus pale green, corium with broad dark brown streak along claval suture and costal margin dark brown near middle. Female coloration as in male but paler overall except anteclypeus black. Crown transversely strigate. Pronotum shagreen. Rostrum reaching hind coxae. Forewing with 2 subapical cells, r-m1 crossvein present. Hind tibia with 1315 setae on row PD, 68 setae on AD and 46 setae on apical half of AV. Hind femur with 2+1 apical setae. Hind basitarsus with two platellae. Connective T-shaped, with high medial longitudinal keel. Style more or less evenly curved dorsad, with three stout and long subapical bristles on dorsal margin, ventral margin transversely rugose medially. Aedeagal shaft very slender, slightly sinuate in lateral view, apex with small hook-shaped anterodorsal extension, with pair of long slender lateral processes extended basad, nearly as long as shaft; gonopore preapical on posterior surface.
