: Disc with a few large imbricating plates. Adradial borders and area towards centre of plates tuberculate. Marginal plates more evenly tuberculate. Tubercles are actually enlarged granules. They are also present on the arms. Radial shields contiguous for approximately half their length. Dorsal arm plates very small, raised, and present throughout the arm. 7 evenly placed arm spines. The disc granules reach only to the post-oral plates ventrally, otherwise the ventral surfaces of the disc and arms are smooth. Few plates in the interradii. Genital slits run between oral shield and ½ length of first ventral arm plate. Two pairs of exposed tentacle pores, 1 scale on each, and the second pair of pores are smaller and are not on the border of the second ventral and lateral arm plates. Only the 2 ventral arm plates. Six Arm spines.
