Mesonotum more than twice length of pronotum (unusual in the genus, normally about the same length or slightly longer), with eleven conspicuous tubercles; smaller tubercles present laterally and ventrally (latter also applies to metathorax). Metanotum longer than mesonotum.</paragraph>
