Body covered with numerous spinules. Carapace almost rectangular in dorsal view, without lateral oblique ridge; anterior portion gradually narrows forward at about 1/5; dorso-lateral carina well-developed over whole length of carapace; ocular lobe with 8 lenses. Pereopod 1 basis with numerous small tubercles in rows on medial surface; carpus length almost subequal to ischium and merus combined. Uropod peduncle 1.3 times pleonite 6 length; endopod uniarticulate, 0.6 times peduncle length.

Uropod peduncle 1.4 times pleonite 6 length, with plumose and microserrate setae medially; endopod 0.6 times peduncle length.
