These specimens seem to agree perfectly with topotypical specimens from
<collectingRegion id="A600DCADF5203F414B53EB73FE5CC52B" box="[307,440,1051,1091]" country="United States of America" name="Hawaii" pageId="44" pageNumber="55">Hawaii</collectingRegion>
. I cannot see from the descriptions that the Japanese and Papuan species,
<emphasis id="56B0CE5DF5203F414BECEB25FDE3C51F" box="[396,519,1101,1143]" italics="true" pageId="44" pageNumber="55">armata</emphasis>
Poppius and
<emphasis id="56B0CE5DF5203F414965EB25FC6FC51F" box="[773,907,1101,1143]" italics="true" pageId="44" pageNumber="55">obscura</emphasis>
Poppius, can apply to this series or that the slight differences mentioned between these two are significant.
