). Wingspan 9.0‒11.0 mm. Head white, with scattered yellow scales laterally. Labial palpus white, second segment with basal 2/3 yellow on outer surface, third segment with distal 1/3 black. Antenna white except scape black apically and flagellum annulated with blackish brown on dorsal surface. Collar white; thorax orange yellow except less than 1/5 white distally; tegula orange yellow. Forewing orange yellow from base to basal 3/5, thereafter pale brownish yellow to apex; with three white fasciae: basal fascia at proximal base; antemedian fascia wider than basal fascia, extending from about basal 1/5 of costal margin to about middle of dorsum, oblique outward, widened anteriorly; postmedian fascia from basal 2/3 of costal margin to dorsum near end of fold, oblique inward, anterior 2/5 extended outward and forming a sub-quadrate costal spot, with scattered black scales on outer margin, posterior 3/5 uniformly narrow, slightly diffused outward, with grey and black scales scattered from outer margin of posterior half to inner margin of apical spot along termen, interrupted with white scales or dots; apical spot white, ovate; cilia orange yellow along distal part of costal margin, greyish yellow along termen, tinged with black-tipped scales. Uncus narrow and arched backward medially, lateral arms asymmetrical: left arm with basal half narrow, distal half broadened sub-elliptically, densely setose; right arm slender, slightly shorter than left one, distally narrowed to pointed apex. Tegumen widened medially. Valva narrow at base, broadened medially, distinctly narrowed from about distal 1/3 to before apex; apex bilobed, forming two small, heavily sclerotized triangular lobes: dorsal lobe slightly smaller, with a slender, sinuate, very long process arising from its base; costa with a large, sparsely setose, sub-clavate process from beyond middle extending horizontally outward, wider basally, rounded apically, reaching apex of dorsal lobe. Sacculus weakly sclerotized, uniformly narrow. Saccus parallel laterally, rounded apically. Juxta with basal 3/4 slender, weakly sclerotized; distal 1/4 bilobed, broadened sub-triangularly, exceeding median part of uncus; anterior lobe finely clavate. Aedeagus straight, about 1.5 times length of valva, with a small weakly sclerotized triangular sclerite and two thorn-like processes distally; cornutus absent.
