<paragraph id="B0D33B634463DE1762B00EA3329214B2" pageId="673" pageNumber="674">This species extends from Newfoundland (Lindroth 1955a: 146) to southeastern Alaska, including Kodiak Island (Lindroth 1968: 896), south to mountains in southeastern California (Lindroth 1968: 896; San Bernardino County, CNC) and New Mexico (Fall and Cockerell 1907: 162), northwestern Indiana (Blatchley 1910: 193), and southeastern West Virginia (Greenbrier County, CNC). The record from &quot;North Carolina&quot; (Bousquet and Larochelle 1993: 226) needs confirmation.</paragraph>
