We located seven specimens in the NHM general collections with an original label stating that they were purchased from Annandale and Robinson, with the locality "Biserat State of Jalor, Malay Peninsula". We consider these specimens to be the syntypes. The specimen that most closely matches the original description is here designated as the lectotype.
