Length 7 lines.-Black: the antennae, mandibles, tarsi and anterior tibiae, as well as the articulations of the legs, ferruginous; the nodes of the petiole bright ferruginous. Head longitudinally rugose; the striation on the thorax transverse, that on the prothorax curving round the sides. The first node of the petiole subrugose, the second smooth and shining; the margins of the apical segments of the abdomen pale testaceous.</paragraph>
