Head with two short stripes from base of vertex, and two curved stripes on front, black; vertex occupies more than two-thirds of superior surface, a shallow longitudinal sulcus not reaching front, deeply impressed longitudinally on each side; eyes large, prominent, globular, stylate, separated from base of pronotum; ocelli pale ruby, almost touching each other and very distant from eyes, situated on front border of vertex; front very prominent forming apex of the triangular head; beak greenish yellow, fuscous tip passing posterior coxae.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="3307E15F2D41EB6B609FF937FB0D1D2F" blockId="28.[127,1322,1189,2360]" pageId="28" pageNumber="29">Pronotum with two central stripes not reaching front or hind borders, one on each side front middle to near posterior border, and furrows, fuscous; lateral borders sinuous, slightly converging anteriorly; with a central longitudinal sulcus broadened toward front; posterior border very narrow, posterior lateral angles lightly lobate.</paragraph>

Wings narrow, immaculate hyaline, about half length of tegmina; six apical cells.</paragraph>

Face joins front in an acute angle, very narrow, a short central ridge, not sulcate, and distantly striated on each side; clypeous tectiform, fuscous on each side, its union with apex of face being in a distinct sinus, apex acuminate.</paragraph>

<paragraph id="3307E15F2D40EB6A60BEFB80FE741F2A" blockId="29.[165,1366,630,1407]" pageId="29" pageNumber="30">The anal segment is long, cylindrical, apex truncate, deeply notched below, with long pale hairs on each side; the posterior femora are exceptionally long and very slen ­ der, a very small tooth on front femora below, while the metasternum is globosely elevated. It is easily distinguish ­ ed from its congenor by the immaculate tegmina and wings the more sudden curve of costa near base, and the posterior legs.</paragraph>
