It can be distinguished by having a deep yellow thorax; in the male genitalia by the sacculus with a preapical spine extending outward, and the cornutus consisting of eight differently sized spines; in the female genitalia by the ductus bursae without expanded part posterolaterally. In

). Wingspan 9.011.0 mm. Head with frons white, vertex silvery grey, occiput deep yellow. Labial palpus greyish white on inner surface, brown on outer surface, third segment darker. Antenna with scape yellowish brown, flagellum grey, annulated with brown. Thorax deep yellow, with an ochreous spot anterolaterally, brown posteriorly; tegula deep yellow. Forewing pale yellow in basal 1/3, yellowish brown between basal 1/3 and 2/3, dark brown in distal 1/3; costal margin with a slender dark brown streak in basal 1/3, with a dark brown streak from between basal 1/3 and 3/5 crossing anterior margin of cell; cell with a dark brown streak from middle to distal 1/3 along midline; ventral margin with an elliptical dark brown spot extending from basal 1/3 to end of fold; fringe brown, dark brown around apex. Hindwing dark brown, fringe brown. Legs yellowish brown on dorsal surface, greyish white on ventral surface; fore femur dark brown on outer side, tibia and tarsus dark brown; mid tibia with yellowish brown bristles at middle and apex, tarsus dark brown at apex; hind tibia with long yellowish brown to brown bristles at apex, tarsus with long yellowish brown to brown bristles at apices of basal two tarsomeres. Abdomen greyish brown on dorsal surface, greyish white on ventral surface.

). Uncus wide at base, narrowed to middle, thin clubbed in distal half, with sparse long setae laterally. Gnathos tongue-shaped, rounded at apex, shorter than uncus. Tegumen broad, height approximately 1.3 times length of uncus. Valva sub-rectangular; costa sub-rectangular; cucullus sub-quadrate, obtusely rounded at apex, with dense long setae; sacculus approximately 2/3 length of valva, narrow basally, widened to apex, with a large preapical spine extending obliquely outward, free from cucullus apically. Vinculum broadly banded; saccus approximately 1/3 length of uncus. Juxta sub-rounded, pointed anteromedially; anellar lobes long clubbed. Aedeagus approximately 1.2 times length of valva, almost uniformly wide in basal 2/5, thereafter tapered from basal 2/5 to apex, with a sclerite near base; cornutus consisting of eight differently sized spines ranging from basal 2/5 to 4/5.
