Body metallic blue; postocellar area, temple and postorbit copper red, other parts of head with copper luster, palpi dirty brown; antenna blue, interior of apex of 5th antennomere and most of 6th to 9th antennomeres white except venter of 6th to 9th dark brown; anterior of fore femur, anterior of fore tibia and fore tarsus, base of middle tarsus, base of 4th tarsomere of hind leg dirty white. Hairs on dorsum of head sparse, most as long as and few 1.5 × transverse diameter of median ocellus; hairs on dorsum of thorax straight, shorter than transverse diameter of median ocellus. Anterior margin of clypeus truncate; malar space equal to transverse diameter of median ocellus; lower interocular distance about 1.2 × eye height; anterior margin of supraantennal tubercle elevated, frontal ridge fine; middle fovea round and deep, lateral fovea deep; interocellar furrow and postocellar furrow wide and deep; postocellar area elevated, middle distinctly higher than top of ocelli, with middle carina, about 1.2 × as broad as long; lateral furrows deeper posteriorly, slightly curved outwards in middle, parallel posteriorly; head behind eyes 0.8 × eyes in length in dorsal view, convex at base and narrowing posteriorly. Antenna subequal to abdomen and about 1.2 × head and thorax combined in length. Mesoscutellum acutely pyramidally elevated, anterior slope flat, longer than posterior slope, without middle carina; mesepisternum without ventral spur. Apex of hind tibia distinctly enlarged; metabasitarsus 4 × as long as broad, 0.8 × length of remaining 4 tarsomeres combined; hind inner tibial spur 0.5 × length of metabasitarsus.
